You have made a choice to join some of the best men at UNC Charlotte who work to excel in the areas of community, scholarhip, brotherhood, leadership, and service.
Information about pre-recruitment events hosted by the IFC Executive board can be found on all social media platforms @CHARLOTTEIFC.
We will kick off our pre-rush events on August 29th with Flag Football @ Jerry Richardson Stadium. Come out and get familiar with the chapters and play some football!
On September 1st, we will host our IFC Social. This will be a great event that will give you a chance to meet and hangout with all 13 chapters before official recruitment begins.
The official recruitment process begins with our IFC Showcase on September 7th. Formal Recruitment Week will take place starting September 8th - September 15th (September 10th will be a break in rush due to Charlotte Football). More information will be posted on to our Instagram account.
Mark your calendar for September 7th where our IFC Executive board will prepare you for recruitment, go over information, and answer any questions you may have, as well as meet some of our IFC Community. This event will be held virtually. This event is REQUIRED and you must attend.* If you have questions, please email vprecruitment@uncc-ifc.org
* You are able to still sign up for recruitment if you missed the event
You will soon be receiving emails from the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life about updates and events taking place during recruitment. Pay attention to those as they will be your guide to our process.
Please check out our chapter SCORECARDS for more information on our organizations.
Also remember, we will be checking your GPA based of your UNCC or transfer transcript. You are required to have a minimum 2.60 GPA in order to go through recruitment, and you saw that disclosure agreement before you paid. If we check your transcripts and you do not have a 2.60 GPA, you will be ineligible for recruitment and removed from the system without a refund and will be notified via email.
